Founded in 1991, Castlethorn Construction is one of Ireland’s most successful residential and commercial developers.
Over the past two decades, Castlethorn Construction has developed a well-earned reputation for exceptional quality craftsmanship. We passionately believe that the final verdict on our developments can only be passed when the entire project has been completed and when our new homes become new communities.
Our quest for perfection involves not just the actual units that we build, but the complementary quality of the landscaping and overall finishing which typifies a Castlethorn development. We also believe that quality is apparent in the selection of our sites. We continue to provide homes in areas which are rich in physical and social amenities and which reflect the needs of today’s homeowners, whether they be young singles, ‘empty nesters’ or families.
Castlethorn is responsible for many of the best-known developments in the Irish market, including:
- Creation of a brand new town at Adamstown, in response to a major strategic planning initiative from the Irish government.
- Development of the Dundrum Town Centre, Dublin’s most prestigious retail centre, which introduced many of the world’s top retailers to the country for the first time.
- Creation of a unique new international development at Killeen Castle, including the country’s first ever Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Course.
